佐川急便: 配送はヤマトた宅急便・佐川急便のいずれかの配送業者にてお届けいたします。
送料は全国一律700円頂いております。
１回のお買い上げ商品の合計金額が10,000円以上の場合は送料が無料となります。

About returns

Return deadline: We will accept returns within 7 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping fee: Returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer. If the item is defective, we will bear the cost.
Defective product: Please contact us immediately after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

About delivery/shipping charges

Sagawa Express: Delivery will be made by either Yamato Takkyubin or Sagawa Express.
Shipping fee is 700 yen nationwide.
Shipping is free if the total purchase price is 10,000 yen or more.
